Talia is a New York-based actor and filmmaker with a B.F.A. from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. She recently originated the lead role in the world premiere of Dennis, a heightened contemporary adaptation of Euripides' The Bacchae. Her classical range was forged over six months at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London, where she performed Shakespeare at the George Bernard Shaw Theatre in roles spanning Juliet to Marc Antony, working on Julius Caesar under director Abigail Graham. She's an active presence in New York's downtown theater community and indie film scene.

Originally from Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts, she spent high school living in France and India before moving to NYC. She loves heightened language, performance-driven work, and anything that opens up hearts, even just for a moment :).
